As we work with perishable products making them from scratch without conservatives or chemicals, our refund policy lasts 24 hours from the delivery time.

However, we will do our best to make things right and keep you happy! We want you to have a happy moment enjoying our products.

Delivery fees on returns & cancellations

Depending on the case, we may keep the delivery charges (for cancellations where the driver was already dispatched) or charge you extra for a second delivery fee.
