Perishable Products

As our products are handmade from scratch using fresh ingredients (no preservatives or artificial additives), all sales are final once the order has been received.
However, if something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you’re happy.

Delivery fees

Depending on the situation:

1. Delivery fees may be non-refundable if the driver has already been dispatched.
   
2. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
